I've updated the train sprites (new is shown on the left and old is shown on the right in the attached screenshot) and removed a set of track tiles that were positioned slightly different than the other track tiles (so now there is only 1 position for the tracks and trains). This makes things a bit more simple to organize and sets up for an upcoming train sprite pack.
